We offer returns for store credit within 21 days of your delivery date.
We have a 21 day return/exchange policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or a return.
To start a return:
Email us at Hello@zarihi.com with your order number and return request in the subject line.
Once approved, you’ll have 5 business days to send the item back. You are responsible to return the item.
When we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue your store credit within 24–48 hours to the email used at checkout. This digital gift card never expires and can be used sitewide including for sale items and new arrivals.

• Complimentary exchange applies to size adjustments only (style/color changes may incur standard shipping).
How to Begin Your Exchange
1. Email our Client Care team at hello@zarihi.com with your order number and exchange request.
2. Return your item.
3. Once we receive your item, your new size will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@zarihi.com with photos if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can mail you out a replacement asap.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:
1. Double-check the shipping address on your order confirmation.
2. Contact your local USPS carrier for help locating the package.
