Shipping Policy

How long will it take to receive my order?

We get it waiting for new packages is the hardest part! That’s why we aim to process all orders as quickly as possible.

Order Processing Time:

All orders are processed and verified within 2–7 business days. Once processed, your package will ship via standard delivery, which typically takes 3–7 business days to arrive.

Note: During peak times such as Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holidays, or other high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. To make up for it, we’ll upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail whenever possible to ensure your order still arrives within the expected timeframe.

Shipping Confirmation:

Once your order is processed and ready to ship, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Pre-Orders

• Pre-order items ship at a later date, so please expect a longer wait. These items require 2–7 business days for processing, followed by 7–10 business days for delivery once they are in stock.

• Want to receive in-stock items sooner? We recommend placing a separate order for non–pre-order items if you’d like them shipped separately.
